Luxury Mortgage is offering a 50 bps special for newly locked Simple Access Non-QM Bank Statement and Full Doc purchase loans until June 30th.

For Simple Access, purchase loans that meet the below criteria receive an additional 50 bps purchase incentive above and beyond the 50 bps purchase LLPA on the rate sheet. Those that do not will still receive the 50 bps purchase LLPA on the rate sheet.

Eligible Loan Requirements

• Purchase Transaction
• Primary residence
• SFRs
• 720+ FICO score
