1099 Only
Qualify borrowers that receive compensation in the form of commission or are paid as independent contractors and receive IRS form 1099 at year-end.
Asset Qualifier
Qualify using liquid assets in savings or securities—no tax returns, income documentation, or DTI required. Use assets without selling them.
Bank Statement Loans
Qualify using bank deposits instead of tax returns. Business or personal statements accepted, with multiple income calculation options.
Full Doc
A solution for scenarios that don’t quite fit conventional underwriting guidelines. Qualification focuses on the borrower’s ability to repay based on common sense underwriting. Perfect credit is not required.
Foreign Nationals
Loans for foreign national borrowers utilizing either liquid assets or rental income on subject investment properties for qualification.
Graduate
Mortgage solution for borrowers who recently completed post graduate degrees who are employed in specialized professions. Designed for applicants who are not eligible for agency and prime credit jumbo loans.
Investor Cash Flow
Created specifically for real estate investors. Qualification is based on the rental income generated by the subject property. It’s no longer necessary to have large amounts of cash on hand to build a real estate portfolio.
